HIP Developments recognized at the Waterloo Region Home Builders' Association (WRHBA) 22nd Annual Sales and Marketing (SAM) Awards
HIP Developments is proud and honoured to have been recognized with a number of awards at the Waterloo Region Home Builders' Association (WRHBA) 22nd Annual Sales and Marketing (SAM) Awards of Distinction held on April 26, 2018 at Bingemans in Kitchener.
Entering projects in both the architectural and marketing aspects of the evening resulted in highly recognized success.
The Gaslight District project that has gained tremendous public and political support in Downtown Cambridge received 3 awards including Best Brochure, Best Marketing Campaign and Best Sales Office.
The award for the Most Outstanding Mid/High Rise Design (4 Storey and Over) went to The Riverbank Lofts.
Circa 1877, located in Uptown Waterloo and sold in record time, received recognition for the Most Outstanding Indoor or Outdoor Living Space for the outdoor pool and amenity space.
In the Grand SAM Award categories, Riverbank Lofts and Riverview Apartments won the award for Best Reurbanization Project (Residential) for the conversion of the American Standard lands along the Speed River in Hespeler. This redevelopment project has helped further the ongoing revitalization of the Village by the River.
The finale of the evening was made complete when HIP Developments was recognized as the Waterloo Region Builder of the Year (Multi Unit Home). This is the most prestigious honour that the WRHBA awards each year, and it is exciting to be recognized by our association and our peers for the innovative developments we have across the Region of Waterloo.
